If you answer “YES” to answer of these questions, the medical questionnaire must be printed out and taken to your physician to be filled out. If all the answers to the questions are “NO” then do not print the form because you fill it out here in Key Largo.
Discover Scuba Diving: $185
The best way for those who have no experience and
want a taste of what it’s like to explore the underwater world. The
Cost for this all inclusive course is $185 and includes everything
but your swimming suit, towel, and lunch. Included in your
day of fun and adventure is a quick DVD and discussion with your
instructor, then off to the pool you go where you will practice SCUBA
diving. After a lunch break you will go out on our dive boat
where you get a chance to complete two dives on the reefs of the
Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
Open Water Certification: $435
The full PADI Open Water Certification is all inclusive
and typically takes three days and costs $435 per person. All
course materials, rental gear and processing fees are included. Once
a reservation is made we will send self-study materials for you to
complete prior to arriving. This will make your holiday much
less stressful and allow less time in the classroom. The course includes
class time with a 50 question final exam, time in the pool to learn
your basic scuba skills and then complete four dives on our beautiful
reefs of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
E-Learning:
$360
A
great alternative to the traditional PADI Open Water
Course is the PADI E-Learning Course. This course allows you
to complete your classroom portion online at your own pace, anytime,
anywhere and then complete your in-water training with Pirate Island
Divers in just two days. The portion of the course you are
completing with us includes your pool sessions, the 4 checkout dives,
rental gear, and your certification card! The cost for this
course is $360 but does not include the $120 paid directly to PADI
for the knowledge development portion you need to complete the course.
Open Water Referral:
$260
The PADI Open Water Referral is completed in two half-days. This
course consists of four open water checkout dives that are required
to complete your PADI Open Water Certification. To qualify
for this you must have completed all course work and confined water
pool sessions within the past 12 months and have with you referral
paperwork from your previous instructor. The course price is
$260 per student. Rental Gear, trip fees, and processing fees
are included.
Advanced Open Water:
$360
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course consists of five dives and can
be completed over two days. The price for this course is $360
per student. Rental gear and course materials are included. This
certification includes five Adventure Dives, including the Deep Adventure
Dive, the Underwater Navigator Adventure Dive and three of the following:
- Boat Diver
- Drift Diver
- Deep Diver
- Peak Performance Buoyancy
- Search and Recovery Diver
- Underwater Naturalist
- Digital Underwater Photographer
- Underwater Navigator
- AWARE Fish Identification
- Wreck Diver
Rescue Diver:
$410
The PADI Rescue Diver Course is completed over two and a half days and costs $410. The cost includes everything needed to complete the training. This course will prepare divers for most diving related emergencies.
